Boomwhackers

Boomwhckers are a wacky fun instrument that is the stepping stone for 1st graders and their music reading skills.

Xylophone

2nd grade is the beginning of xylophone skills and continues through 5th grade. Students use the xylophones to read, write, and perform music.

Recorder

All 3rd graders in the district are given a recorder and taught basic woodwind and note reading skills.

Band & Orchestra

The instruments offered to 4th & 5th grade are:

Strings: Violin, viola, cello, & Bass

Woodwind: Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, & Alto Saxophone

Horns: Trumpet, Trombone, & Baritone

Percussion: Snare & Bells
